We will completely stripdown your existing Homogeniser, clean and examine all the components for wear and damage.
 The homgenising block is thoroughly cleaned and inspected for cracks and where necessary repaired using our cylinder block repair service.
Valves and seats are replaced where required and the block is rebuilt.
The machine casting is totally repainted and free of corrosion before replacement of reconditioned drive motor and new drive belts.
When fully rebuilt the homogeniser is thoroughly tested for performance and then returned to operation at your facility.
We can supply everything from valves, gaskets, o rings to complete replacement homogenisers /homogenizers, either reconditioned or totally new and also offer a Homogeniser Cylinder Block repair service.
